Toxic Toughness

This is where you gain the edge over others.

​​These private sessions are meant to supplement your regular training routines. They are designed to make you tougher than any opponent you may face. Not just physically tough but mentally tough as well. All of the sessions are outside - rain or shine. Your body and mind will be put through grueling punishment while you enjoy looking at beautiful lakes and beaches. There is no "same as last time" or "leading up to" in these sessions. Your first one is just as tough as the next one and different. You will be pushed to your absolute limit and beyond for a full 60 minutes. Be sure to check the class schedule for dates and times. These sessions are for both men and women 18 and over. CAUTION: If you do not workout on a regular basis, these sessions ARE NOT FOR YOU!

You will need to bring the following to each session:

Mouth Guard - Towel - Plenty of Water - MMA Gloves or Bag Gloves

Lots and Lots of Heart!

Bare Knuckle Boxing

It is time to learn the "Sport of Kings".

​​Each one of these classes is designed to not only teach you the art and science of Bare Knuckle Boxing, but to get you in great shape too! No boxer can go the distance without being in shape. You will get a total body workout with each and every class.

Along with the training, we will explore the current re-birth of Bare Knuckle Boxing. From recent films and fights to Bare Knuckle Boxing Associations around the world. For those of you who wish to actually participate in Bare Knuckle Boxing, we can guide you on the correct, safe path.

There are those of you who only wish to get in great shape while learning the sport of kings and that is fine also! No one will be hitting each other!!! Sparring is reserved for only those people who wish to fight in the ring and is very controlled.

We will be exploring techniques from the great ones! Daniel Mendoza, John L. Sullivan, Jack Broughton and Jem Mace to name a few. Jem Mace is listed as having the longest professional career of any fighter in history. He fought for more than 35 years into his 60s, and recorded his last exhibition bout in 1909 at the age of 79!!

We will have fun at every turn but stay serious about the training. I have always believed that if you do not like what you are doing, you will never truly learn it. Bare Knuckle Boxing is a Martial Art. And like any Martial Art, you need to take it seriously or get hurt in the process.  These classes are for both men and women 18 and over.

Water - Towel - Handwraps - Proper workout wear for outside
